Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day accounts payable operations and team performance
- Review and approve vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial compliance
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies
- Develop process improvements to enhance payment efficiency
- Prepare monthly AP reports and financial analysis
- Coordinate with auditors during financial reviews
- Train and develop accounts payable staff
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of AP experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and GAAP
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
- Proven problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
