Join Micron Semiconductors as our APAC Assistant General Counsel, Global Operations – Construction and Procurement, and lead the legal framework for our expanding presence in the Asia-Pacific region. In this critical role, you will provide expert legal guidance on complex construction projects, procurement strategies, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
As a key member of our legal team, you will collaborate with cross-functional departments including engineering, finance, and project management to ensure all legal aspects of our capital projects are managed effectively. Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating the intricate legal landscape of the semiconductor industry while supporting our ambitious growth plans in APAC.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and support for major APAC capital construction projects
- Review and negotiate complex construction contracts, procurement agreements, and vendor contracts
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards across APAC jurisdictions
- Manage legal risks associated with construction projects and procurement processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal strategies with business objectives
- Develop and implement legal policies and procedures for construction and procurement operations
- Advise on dispute resolution and litigation management related to construction and procurement matters
Kualifikasi
- LLB or equivalent law degree with admission to practice in Singapore
- Minimum 8-10 years of legal experience, with at least 5 years in construction law and procurement
- Experience working in-house at multinational corporations or international law firms
- Deep understanding of APAC regulatory environments, particularly in Singapore and surrounding countries
- Excellent negotiation skills with experience in complex commercial contracts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
