- Develop and execute APAC market entry strategies for clinical trial services
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with KOLs, research institutions, and pharma stakeholders
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across clinical trial phases
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive landscapes
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to contract negotiation
- Collaborate with medical affairs teams to align on scientific value propositions
- Track KPIs and provide regular performance reports to senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales/business development experience in clinical trials/pharma
- Proven track record in APAC market expansion with measurable results
- Strong understanding of clinical trial protocols and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analytics
- Fluency in English with additional Asian language proficiency preferred
