- Lead and manage all financial operations across the APAC region, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement financial strategies that support business objectives and drive growth in the manufacturing sector
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for the entire region
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making by senior leadership
- Manage relationships with banking partners and financial institutions to optimize funding and financial services
- Lead and develop the regional finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Ensure implementation of robust internal controls and risk management frameworks
- Drive digital transformation initiatives in finance to enhance efficiency and reporting capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification required
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably with a multinational corporation
- Demonstrated experience managing finance operations across multiple APAC countries
- Strong knowledge of international financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements
- Excellent strategic thinking and financial analysis skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing and developing high-performing finance teams
