Tanggung Jawab
- Lead APAC financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes for industrial automation operations
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and SOX requirements across 8+ regional subsidiaries
- Manage month-end/quarter-end close procedures and variance analysis
- Oversee treasury functions including cash flow management and FX hedging strategies
- Develop and implement internal controls for financial risk mitigation
- Collaborate with global operations teams on cost optimization initiatives
- Present financial insights to executive stakeholders for strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or equivalent qualification mandatory
- 10+ years in multinational financial control roles with 5+ years in APAC
- Proven experience in industrial automation, manufacturing, or technical sectors
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel modeling
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, SOX compliance, and cross-border tax regulations
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing diverse finance teams
- Strategic mindset with ability to translate financial data into business insights
