Join ByteDance's dynamic Real Estate & Facilities team as an APAC Real Estate Project Manager and shape the future of workspaces across Asia-Pacific. You'll drive end-to-end project execution for high-impact real estate initiatives, from strategic workplace planning to operational implementation. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for APAC real estate developments, including planning, execution, and delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align workplace strategies with business objectives
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources while ensuring compliance with local regulations
- Oversee vendor relationships and contracts for construction, fit-out, and facility management services
- Conduct market research and site evaluations to identify optimal real estate opportunities
- Implement sustainable workplace initiatives and operational efficiency improvements
- Report on project KPIs and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in real estate project management with APAC exposure
- Proven track record managing commercial real estate projects from conception to completion
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean and APAC real estate markets, regulations, and construction standards
- Expertise in budgeting, cost control, and contract management for large-scale projects
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Facilities Management (CFM) preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to navigate complex organizational structures
