Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the HR Shared Services team to ensure high-quality, timely, and accurate service delivery across APAC.
- Drive operational excellence by streamlining HR processes, automating manual workflows, and enhancing the employee service experience.
- Oversee regional HR data management, ensuring 100% compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with global and local HR stakeholders to implement standardized HR solutions and regional strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key HR operational metrics (SLAs/KPIs) to leadership, identifying trends and proposing corrective actions.
- Manage vendor relationships and service agreements to ensure external HR services align with organizational standards.
- Support large-scale HR transformation projects, including systems implementation, policy rollouts, and change management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HR Operations or Shared Services, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of managing HR operations across multiple countries in the APAC region.
- Deep expertise in HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and advanced proficiency in MS Office/Data Analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of regional labor laws, statutory requirements, and payroll complexities within APAC.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to thrive in a matrix structure, managing competing priorities with a focus on continuous improvement.
