As a pivotal member of CBRE's global HR team, you'll collaborate with regional stakeholders to align HR operations with business objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This position offers the opportunity to shape HR service delivery in a dynamic multinational environment, leveraging your expertise in HR systems, process optimization, and cross-functional leadership.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and mentor the APAC HR Operations team to deliver high-quality HR services across shared service centers
  • Oversee end-to-end HR processes including payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and HRIS management
  • Develop and implement standardized HR policies and procedures ensuring APAC-wide compliance
  • Drive process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for HR-related services and technologies
  • Analyze HR operations metrics and implement data-driven improvement strategies
  • Collaborate with regional HR partners on strategic HR initiatives and change management

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR operations experience with 3+ years in leadership
  • Proven track record managing HR operations in shared services or SSC environments
  • Deep knowledge of APAC labor laws and regulatory requirements
  • Strong expertise in HRIS implementation and optimization (e.g., Workday, SAP)
  • Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in multinational corporations
  • Professional HR certification (SHRM-SCP, CIPD) preferred
