Join CBRE's Shared Services Centre as a key leader driving APAC HR Operations excellence. This strategic role empowers you to oversee end-to-end HR processes across the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring seamless service delivery and compliance with local regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the APAC HR Operations team to deliver high-quality HR services across shared service centers
- Oversee end-to-end HR processes including payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and HRIS management
- Develop and implement standardized HR policies and procedures ensuring APAC-wide compliance
- Drive process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for HR-related services and technologies
- Analyze HR operations metrics and implement data-driven improvement strategies
- Collaborate with regional HR partners on strategic HR initiatives and change management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR operations experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record managing HR operations in shared services or SSC environments
- Deep knowledge of APAC labor laws and regulatory requirements
- Strong expertise in HRIS implementation and optimization (e.g., Workday, SAP)
- Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in multinational corporations
- Professional HR certification (SHRM-SCP, CIPD) preferred
