We are seeking a dynamic and strategic APAC Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Singapore. As our first dedicated People team member in the region, you will be instrumental in building our presence, defining our employer brand, and scaling our workforce during a period of ambitious growth.

In this high-impact role, you will have the autonomy to design recruiting strategies from the ground up, partner directly with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs, and foster a culture of excellence. You will not just be filling seats; you will be helping to build the foundational DNA of our Singapore office. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive end-to-end recruitment strategies tailored to the APAC market.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all hiring needs in Singapore, collaborating with global stakeholders.
  • Build a robust talent pipeline by leveraging innovative sourcing techniques, social media, and professional networks.
  • Design and implement streamlined interview processes that ensure both quality of hire and positive candidate experience.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with top-tier recruitment agencies and platforms.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the region.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure performance and improve future hiring strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced or tech-forward environment.
  • Deep understanding of the Singaporean and wider APAC labor markets and hiring regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in scaling teams from the ground up is highly advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruiting tools.
  • Ability to work independently as a solo People team representative while remaining aligned with global objectives.
