Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate employee timekeeping records using digital systems
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Coordinate employee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration into the company
- Administer HR documentation including contracts, personnel files, and compliance records
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues and maintaining workplace harmony
- Support performance management initiatives and training program coordination
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company HR policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR generalist role with timekeeping/recruitment focus
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor standards and DOLE regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Certification in HR management (e.g., PHRi, SHRM-CP) is an advantage
