In this role, you will participate in realistic training scenarios designed to test and improve the capabilities of our national servicemen. We prioritize flexibility, allowing you to choose activations that suit your availability. You will be compensated with a competitive hourly rate of $15, ensuring that your time is valued highly. Importantly, you will receive a guaranteed minimum of $105 per session, with no CPF deductions, making this a tax-efficient earning opportunity for eligible candidates.

Tanggung Jawab
- Portray specific civilian characters within realistic simulation scenarios to enhance training authenticity.
- Follow instructions and directives provided by exercise directors and military instructors.
- Maintain high levels of professionalism, discipline, and composure during all exercises.
- Actively participate in debriefing sessions to provide feedback and improve scenario outcomes.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and site regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and exercise controllers.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) to meet NSF requirements.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow complex instructions.
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and adaptable under pressure.
- No prior military or defence experience is required; training will be provided.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to attend activations as scheduled.
