  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Manage comprehensive HR administration tasks including employee records, documentation, and compliance
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and workplace culture initiatives
  • Administer and optimize HRIS systems for data accuracy and reporting efficiency
  • Coordinate procurement and inventory management for company and branch locations

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR recruitment and administration
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and compliance standards
  • Experience in procurement and inventory management preferred
