Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Manage comprehensive HR administration tasks including employee records, documentation, and compliance
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and workplace culture initiatives
- Administer and optimize HRIS systems for data accuracy and reporting efficiency
- Coordinate procurement and inventory management for company and branch locations
- Support organizational development through training coordination and policy implementation
- Facilitate employee engagement activities and resolve workplace concerns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR recruitment and administration
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and compliance standards
- Experience in procurement and inventory management preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
