Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor application performance in real-time using industry-standard APM tools
- Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and root causes of issues
- Optimize application configurations and infrastructure for maximum efficiency
- Develop and maintain performance baselines and alerting thresholds
- Collaborate with development teams to implement performance improvements
- Document performance metrics, incidents, and resolution procedures
- Conduct capacity planning and performance testing for new releases
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Application Performance Monitoring (APM)
- Proficiency with APM tools (e.g., New Relic, Dynatrace, AppDynamics)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex performance data
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTTP, REST APIs, databases)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
