Are you a licensed Pharmacist with a passion for dermatology and hair aesthetics? Luvaz, a premier hair & scalp clinic located in the heart of Jakarta Pusat, is seeking a dedicated and professional Apoteker (Pharmacist) to join our expert team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing clinical pharmacy operations, ensuring patient safety, and providing high-quality therapeutic recommendations for scalp and hair growth treatments.
We are looking for a candidate who is not only clinically competent but also deeply interested in the aesthetic industry. You will collaborate closely with our hair specialists and dermatologists to deliver personalized treatment plans, manage inventory of specialized scalp products, and provide exceptional patient counseling to help our clients achieve their hair health goals.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily pharmacy operations within the hair & scalp clinic, ensuring full compliance with clinical regulations.
- Provide professional consultation to patients regarding hair loss, scalp conditions, and the proper application of prescribed hair growth treatments.
- Coordinate with medical staff to dispense specialized aesthetic products and monitor patient progress throughout their treatment journey.
- Maintain accurate patient records and pharmacy documentation in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Manage inventory levels of clinical hair care products, including stock procurement, expiration monitoring, and quality control.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries with empathy, expertise, and professionalism.
- Ensure that all clinical treatments and product preparations adhere to safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Pharmacy with a Professional Pharmacist certification (Pendidikan Profesi Apoteker).
- Hold a valid and active STRA (Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker).
- Prior experience in a hair care clinic, aesthetic clinic, or dermatology practice is highly preferred.
- Strong interest and knowledge in hair loss prevention, hair growth therapies, and scalp health management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing clinical inventory effectively.
- Professional appearance and a commitment to maintaining the high clinical standards of Luvaz.
