PT Beauty Inovation Laboratories is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Apoteker to join our dynamic team in Semarang. In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing cosmetic production processes, ensuring that every product meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficacy. We are committed to excellence, and you will be the backbone of our adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) or CPKB (Cara Pembuatan Kosmetika yang Baik) standards.
You will be responsible for maintaining rigorous quality control, developing comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and spearheading internal audits. If you have a passion for pharmaceutical excellence and cosmetic innovation, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and monitor the entire cosmetic production process to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Ensure all production activities strictly adhere to GMP (CPKB) regulations.
- Draft, update, and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production and quality assurance.
- Conduct regular internal audits to identify areas for improvement and maintain compliance.
- Supervise production teams to ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production bottlenecks and quality issues.
- Prepare detailed reports on production quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (S1 Farmasi) with a valid Pharmacist Certification (STRA).
- Proven experience in a cosmetic or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of CPKB (Cara Pembuatan Kosmetika yang Baik) and GMP guidelines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills, capable of leading and supervising a team.
- Proficient in documentation management and regulatory reporting.
