As a Clinical Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Your daily activities will encompass a wide range of clinical duties, including conducting comprehensive health assessments, accurately monitoring vital signs, managing IV therapy, administering medications, and providing exceptional wound care. You will be instrumental in maintaining smooth clinic operations, coordinating with physicians and allied health staff to ensure optimal patient flow and treatment efficacy.
A key component of this role is the delivery of home visit services. You will travel to patients' residences, bringing advanced medical care directly to those with mobility challenges or chronic conditions. This includes performing home health assessments, educating families on care plans, and ensuring treatment adherence outside the hospital setting.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, demonstrates strong clinical judgment, and possesses excellent communication skills. You must be fully licensed as a nurse in Indonesia (STR) and have proven experience in a clinical or hospital setting. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Accurately monitor and record patient vital signs, recognizing and escalating critical changes promptly.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and blood products according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Execute specialized procedures such as IV therapy insertion, catheterization, wound care, and specimen collection.
- Coordinate daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and maintaining a sterile, organized environment.
- Conduct scheduled home visit services, delivering medical treatments and health education to patients in their residences.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and allied health teams to develop and update comprehensive patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication regimens, and preventative healthcare practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (S.Kep / Ners) or equivalent clinical qualification from an accredited institution.
- Valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) and active SIP (Surat Izin Praktik) are mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital, polyclinic, or community health setting.
- Proven proficiency in IV therapy, phlebotomy, wound care, and emergency response.
- Excellent command of both Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written) is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate patient-first attitude.
- Ability to work independently during home visits, demonstrating critical thinking and sound clinical judgment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Makassar metropolitan area for home care services.
