Tanggung Jawab
- Review and analyze denied medical claims and insurance denials to identify the root cause.
- Compose clear, concise, and legally sound appeal letters to insurance companies on behalf of patients.
- Research medical records and billing codes to support appeal arguments effectively.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to gather necessary documentation.
- Track the status of appeals and update the system with new information.
- Ensure all appeal submissions meet compliance standards and internal quality checks.
- Identify trends in claim denials to suggest process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, with a preference for Nursing, Medical Technology, or Healthcare Management graduates.
- Strong understanding of medical billing terminology, coding (ICD-10, CPT), and the healthcare revenue cycle.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on persuasion and clarity.
- High attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies in data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in medical claims processing or appeals writing is a plus.
