In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between our advanced healthcare solutions and the professionals who use them every day. You will be responsible for conducting high-impact product demonstrations, facilitating technical training sessions, and ensuring that our clients can maximize the value of our software and medical hardware.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can simplify complex technical concepts for healthcare providers. You will play a pivotal role in driving user adoption, troubleshooting initial implementation challenges, and gathering feedback to help improve our service delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations for healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- Design and deliver comprehensive user training programs to ensure proficiency in software and equipment usage.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during the initial product implementation phase.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to answer complex client queries and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to address client needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop training documentation, user manuals, and quick-start guides for end-users.
- Monitor and report user feedback to the development team to support continuous product improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an application support, clinical training, or customer success role.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn proprietary medical applications.
- Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering high-quality training.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel to client sites within Metro Manila as required for training purposes.
