Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor application performance and uptime, performing daily health checks to ensure system stability.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical escalations, troubleshooting, and resolving software-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional development and QA teams to identify root causes and implement long-term fixes.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including incident reports, standard operating procedures, and system configurations.
  • Support the deployment of new software updates and patches in production and staging environments.
  • Analyze system logs and user feedback to identify trends, performance bottlenecks, and areas for application improvement.
  • Participate in periodic system maintenance and upgrades to ensure compliance with security and performance standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in application support, system administration, or a similar technical operations role.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and database management for effective troubleshooting.
  • Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, New Relic, or ELK Stack) is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and command-line interfaces.
  • Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) to automate routine support tasks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
