- Conduct comprehensive business requirement analysis through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Develop detailed functional and technical specifications aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution feasibility and implementation quality
- Document business processes and identify opportunities for system optimization
- Validate system solutions against business requirements through testing and user acceptance
- Provide ongoing support and training for end-users on new system functionalities
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements based on business feedback
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in application systems analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in requirement gathering methodologies and documentation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Familiarity with database management and SQL fundamentals
