Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for diagnostic instruments and software
- Conduct comprehensive product training for laboratory staff and healthcare professionals
- Perform system installations, validations, and preventive maintenance
- Develop and deliver technical documentation, SOPs, and training materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve product issues and improve user experience
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for product enhancement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in medical diagnostics or laboratory equipment support
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic workflows and laboratory automation systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train diverse technical audiences
- Proven problem-solving abilities in complex technical environments
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 and FDA regulatory requirements
- Certification in relevant diagnostic technologies preferred
