We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Supervisor to join our clinical team in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, implementing, and overseeing evidence-based behavior intervention programs.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and oversee individualized ABA intervention programs tailored to specific client needs.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop effective behavior intervention plans (BIP).
- Provide ongoing supervision, training, and performance feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and junior therapists.
- Analyze data regularly to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans for optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and quarterly reports.
- Facilitate team meetings to discuss case progress and clinical strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
- BCBA certification or enrollment in a verified course sequence (BCBA candidates welcome).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an ABA clinical or school setting.
- Strong understanding of operant conditioning, behavioral data collection, and evidence-based interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and lead therapy teams.
- Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented approach to working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or related developmental delays.
- Proficiency in using digital data collection software and clinical reporting tools.
