- Conduct on-site property inspections to assess physical conditions and features accurately.
- Collect and analyze data from comparable sales, tax assessments, and market trends to determine fair market value.
- Prepare detailed, accurate appraisal reports using standard forms and industry software.
- Communicate effectively with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders regarding valuation findings.
- Adhere to all ethical guidelines, industry standards, and company protocols during the appraisal process.
- Ensure all assignments are completed within the agreed-upon deadlines to maintain high service levels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid Real Estate Appraiser License (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex market data.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel nationwide for property visits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and appraisal-related software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
