Are you passionate about the luxury industry and possess a keen eye for detail? Ideals Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Appraiser (Luxury Brand) to join our team in the vibrant Central Region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for evaluating, authenticating, and determining the value of high-end luxury merchandise, including handbags, watches, and jewelry. This is a full-time position requiring 5 days of work per week, operating within standard retail hours.
We offer a competitive remuneration package, with a basic salary of up to $2,500, inclusive of a Variable Bonus (VB) and a monthly performance bonus. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence, providing clients with accurate valuations and expert advice on their luxury assets. Tanggung Jawab
- Evaluate the condition, authenticity, and market value of luxury items to provide accurate appraisals.
- Inspect merchandise thoroughly for defects, damages, or signs of tampering before valuation.
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding item history, provenance, and condition reports.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all appraisal transactions and inventory.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service team to offer valuation services to store visitors.
- Stay updated on current market trends, brand pricing, and luxury market fluctuations.
- Ensure all appraisal activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in luxury retail, consignment sales, or professional appraisal is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of major luxury brands (e.g., Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Chanel, Rolex, etc.).
- Excellent visual inspection skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex valuation details clearly.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and record management.
- A professional demeanor and a customer-first attitude.
