Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of used car inspectors to ensure high-quality, standardized evaluations.
- Conduct thorough physical and mechanical inspections of vehicles to determine market value and condition.
- Oversee the end-to-end purchasing process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with company policy.
- Analyze current market price trends to provide competitive and profitable buying offers.
- Manage inventory quality control and resolve complex valuation disputes with sellers or internal stakeholders.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the inspection team to drive productivity and accuracy.
- Train staff on the latest industry inspection tools, software, and fraud detection techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in used car appraisal or automotive inspection.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams within an automotive retail or auction environment.
- Deep understanding of automotive mechanics, vehicle history reporting, and condition grading.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and pricing trends effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with sellers.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make high-stakes decisions under pressure.
