Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct detailed on-site ocular inspections of machinery, plant equipment, vehicles, and real property assets.
- Perform comprehensive market research to determine fair market value, liquidation value, and replacement costs.
- Prepare accurate, professional-grade valuation reports and supporting documentation for clients.
- Coordinate with diverse stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of site visits and data gathering.
- Maintain an organized database of equipment specifications and historical valuation records.
- Ensure all appraisals adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal company quality protocols.
- Assist senior valuers in complex advisory projects and client presentations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Real Estate Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in asset appraisal, valuation, or equipment inspection is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and market trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and client interaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic technical drawing/software tools.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel frequently to various site locations as required by project demands.
