Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate posting of payments.
- Reconcile complex customer accounts and resolve discrepancies to ensure clean financial reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline billing procedures and optimize collection cycles.
- Monitor aging reports and initiate proactive collection strategies to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly AR reports and provide insights for financial forecasting.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and internal financial policies.
- Participate in system enhancements and the implementation of new accounting software modules.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve process bottlenecks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracy.
- CPA license is a plus but not required.
