Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts receivable ledger including invoice processing and credit applications
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Monitor aging reports and implement collection strategies
- Prepare monthly AR reconciliations and financial statements
- Collaborate with sales team on credit terms and customer disputes
- Process payments and maintain accurate customer account records
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and audits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of AR or general accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of Philippine GAAP and tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills for financial reporting
