Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily cash application processes, accurately recording payments against customer invoices.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies or unapplied cash items promptly.
- Prepare and analyze daily/weekly AR aging reports for stakeholders.
- Support the month-end closing process by ensuring all receipts are posted and accounts are balanced.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with internal departments regarding payment status.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within the cash application workflow.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of professional experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Xero, or QuickBooks).
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data manipulation).
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment in Ortigas.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
