Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts receivable processes and ensure timely collection of payments
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Process and apply customer payments accurately to their respective accounts
- Prepare and distribute monthly statements to customers
- Resolve any discrepancies in customer accounts and billing issues
- Assist in preparing financial reports related to accounts receivable
- Collaborate with other departments to address payment-related inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or collections preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
