We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented AR/AP Specialist to join our finance department in Kuala Lumpur. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process daily accounts receivable and payable transactions with precision and speed.
- Generate and issue accurate invoices to clients, ensuring all billing details are correct.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding payments to improve cash flow.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, preparing necessary schedules and reports.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents and contracts.
- Collaborate with the finance team to implement process improvements and compliance measures.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or General Ledger accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero, or Oracle).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Familiarity with Malaysian tax regulations and statutory compliance requirements is a plus.
