Tanggung Jawab
- Process and generate accurate customer invoices in a timely manner.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.
- Reconcile daily billing transactions with general ledger accounts.
- Communicate professionally with clients to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for billing documentation.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve billing processes and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in Accounts Receivable or Billing.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic knowledge of Philippine tax and billing regulations is an advantage.
