Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts receivable processes for global SaaS clients
- Process and reconcile billing transactions across multiple currencies
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and billing disputes
- Generate monthly financial reports and aging analyses
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure accurate contract billing
- Implement process improvements for billing efficiency
- Comply with SOX controls and financial regulations
- Train junior staff on billing systems and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or billing
- Proficiency in SaaS billing platforms (e.g., Zuora, Chargebee)
- Advanced Excel skills with data visualization capabilities
- Experience with multinational currency transactions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA) is a plus
