Astra Credit Companies is looking for a AR Handling Officer to join our growing team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. This is a contract position ideal for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building relationships with clients to resolve financial discrepancies.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers with outstanding balances. Your primary focus will be on managing accounts receivable (AR) through effective debt collection strategies, including field visits and negotiation. You will monitor payment commitments, maintain accurate records, and ensure that all receivables are collected in accordance with company policies. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor accounts receivable (AR) to ensure accurate and timely collection of payments.
- Visit and follow up with customers who have outstanding debts (arrears) to discuss payment plans.
- Monitor customer payment commitments and enforce collection policies effectively.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records related to debt settlement.
- Communicate with customers to resolve payment disputes and provide financial solutions.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile accounts and update the system.
- Conduct field visits to customer locations to secure collections and assess credit risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in debt collection, account receivable, or credit control is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Valid driving license is an advantage for field visits.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly collection targets.
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations regarding debt collection is a plus.
