Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and lead the accounts receivable team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance
- Oversee the entire accounts receivable process, from invoice generation to payment collection
- Implement and maintain effective credit policies and procedures to minimize bad debt
- Conduct regular account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner
- Analyze aging reports and develop collection strategies to improve cash flow
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing disputes and payment issues
- Prepare regular reports on AR performance metrics and provide insights for improvement
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information in the accounting system
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proven experience in the e-commerce or retail industry is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, credit policies, and collection procedures
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
