In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations by managing accounts receivable processes with precision and efficiency.

As an AR Management Associate, you will be the backbone of our collection monitoring efforts, ensuring that all remittances are validated, recorded, and reconciled against our internal ledgers. Tanggung Jawab

  • Receive, verify, and validate Collection Remittances (CR) from various trade channels daily.
  • Conduct thorough checks on cheque details, dates, and amounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for all physical and digital remittance documents.
  • Coordinate with the sales and collection teams to resolve discrepancies in payment records.
  • Prepare and update daily accounts receivable reports for management review.
  • Ensure timely posting of collections into the accounting system to keep customer ledgers updated.
  • Assist in the month-end closing process by performing bank reconciliations and account aging analysis.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or General Accounting.
  • Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and numerical processing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for inter-departmental coordination.
