Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage outstanding accounts receivable to ensure timely collections and reduce bad debt.
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients, ensuring all billing details are correct.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies or inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date accounts receivable ledgers and aging reports.
- Communicate proactively with clients regarding payment status, terms, and collections.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and adjustments.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve internal processes and reporting accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in Accounts Receivable or General Accounting.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.
