Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing, aging reports, and debt collection efforts.
- Handle full-set accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable reconciliation.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities in accordance with financial reporting standards.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports for senior stakeholders.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reconciliations.
- Assist in cash flow forecasting and budget tracking to ensure optimal financial performance.
- Maintain compliance with statutory requirements and internal accounting policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional certification (ACCA/CA/CPA).
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in AR, credit control, or full-set accounting.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MYOB, or Xero) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- In-depth understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of integrity in handling financial data.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict reporting deadlines.
