We are seeking an experienced and analytical AR Supervisor to lead our Accounts Receivable operations at aCommerce. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our financial records, specifically focusing on bank account management and transaction approvals. You will oversee the end-to-end invoicing and collection process, ensuring timely payments and healthy cash flow while supervising a dedicated finance team.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable department, including invoicing, posting, and collections.
- Maintain and update accurate bank account records and treasury ledgers to ensure data integrity.
- Supervise and mentor a team of junior finance staff, providing training and conducting performance reviews.
- Create and coordinate the approval process for online bank payments and financial transactions.
- Prepare and analyze monthly aging reports and variance analysis to identify and resolve delinquent accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address billing inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Implement and enforce internal controls and financial policies to ensure compliance and reduce risk.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Treasury, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and bank reconciliation procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) for financial modeling and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and stakeholder interactions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive team productivity and operational efficiency.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
