We are currently looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented AR/Treasury Accountant to join our finance team on a project-based engagement in Canlubang, Laguna.
In this role, you will take full ownership of the accounts receivable cycle and treasury functions. You will ensure seamless cash flow management, accurate financial reporting, and strict adherence to financial policies. Your work will directly impact the company's liquidity and operational efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full cycle accounts receivable processes including invoicing, collections, cash application, and account reconciliations.
- Execute daily treasury operations such as cash positioning, bank reconciliations, fund transfers, and managing banking relationships.
- Prepare and analyze AR aging reports, cash flow forecasts, and treasury dashboards to support management decisions.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant accounting standards (PAS/PFRS).
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries promptly.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of relevant schedules and journal entries.
- Support internal and external audit requirements by providing documentation and justifications.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in AR and treasury functions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any business-related course.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable and Treasury functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, formulas) and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Must be willing to work on a project-based contract and be assigned in Canlubang, Laguna.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is an advantage but not required.
