Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precise quantity measurement and valuation for architectural projects
- Develop comprehensive cost estimates and budgets for all project phases
- Monitor project expenditures and prepare regular cost control reports
- Analyze construction costs and advise on cost-effective material selection
- Manage construction contracts, variations, and claims documentation
- Conduct value engineering studies to optimize project costs
- Ensure compliance with contractual financial obligations and regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in architectural projects
- Proficiency in measurement techniques (SMM, NRM) and cost estimation software
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, JCT) and procurement processes
- Certification in quantity surveying or project management (e.g., RICS, CIOB) preferred
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and cost management software (e.g., CostX, WinQS)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
