Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate architectural designs and construction documents to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations
- Liaise between architects, engineers, and construction teams to maintain project alignment and resolve any design conflicts
- Monitor construction progress and quality, ensuring adherence to architectural plans and timelines
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals for construction projects
- Conduct site visits to verify construction quality and address any issues that arise
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in architectural coordination or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

- Valid professional certification in architecture or construction management is a plus
