Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate architectural design documentation and ensure alignment with project specifications and regulatory requirements
- Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to resolve technical issues and design conflicts
- Monitor project progress against architectural milestones and schedules
- Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and construction methodologies
- Prepare progress reports, architectural coordination minutes, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Building Construction Authority (BCA) codes and safety standards
- Manage subcontractor coordination for architectural works and quality control
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural coordination within construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software
- Familiarity with A&A (Architectural & Engineering) project delivery
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with Japanese multinational companies preferred
