Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and tender documents with main contractors and sub-contractors.
- Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, regulations, and project specifications throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Act as the primary liaison between the design consultants, contractors, and project management team to facilitate clear communication.
- Manage the submission, tracking, and approval process for design variations and material submittals.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve any technical discrepancies or clarifications.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, minutes of meetings, and material reports.
- Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and close-out documentation upon project completion.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related construction discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in an Architectural Coordinator or similar role, preferably within the main contracting sector.
- Strong working knowledge of local construction standards, BCA regulations, and building materials.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Valid construction-related certifications are a plus.
