StaffKing Pte Ltd is currently seeking two motivated Architectural / M&E Coordinators to join our project teams in the Central Region. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless integration of architectural designs and mechanical/electrical (M&E) systems, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment during standard office hours. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate architectural and M&E works to ensure design compliance and prevent site clashes.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and maintain quality standards.
- Liaise effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and clients to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare and update progress reports, technical submittals, and RFI documentation.
- Manage site coordination meetings to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project schedules.
- Assist in the implementation of safety and environmental protocols on-site.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Services, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an M&E or Architectural Coordinator with a Main Contractor.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM/Revit software is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Singapore building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a site-based environment.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
