We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects to ensure they meet the highest architectural standards and comply with local building regulations. You will act as the primary quality control officer, ensuring that all sub-contractors deliver work that aligns perfectly with the project specifications.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct RTO Inspections: Perform Relevant to Occupation (RTO) inspections on critical elements such as kerbs, plastering, and structural finishes to ensure quality compliance.
- Sub-Contractor Management: Monitor the performance of sub-contractors, ensuring they adhere to timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Site Supervision: Oversee daily site operations to ensure all architectural drawings and specifications are accurately executed.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to identify defects or deviations from the approved plans and implement corrective actions.
- Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Communication: Act as the main point of contact between the project team, clients, and external vendors to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural supervision or construction management.
- Licensure: Valid RTO license or certification relevant to the occupation.
- Technical Skills: Strong ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead site teams, manage sub-contractors, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
