Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and monitor all on-site architectural and finishing works to ensure compliance with architectural drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors and sub-contractors to ensure work is completed according to the project master schedule.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify quality discrepancies and ensure remedial actions are taken promptly.
- Manage architectural material deliveries and verify that all incoming materials meet project quality standards.
- Ensure all architectural site activities adhere to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations and company safety policies.
- Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly site progress reports for management review.
- Facilitate communication between the design office and on-site teams to resolve technical design queries.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in on-site construction supervision, specifically within architectural works.
- Strong technical knowledge of building materials, finishing techniques, and construction methodologies.
- Proven ability to interpret complex architectural drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management software.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
