Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise architectural projects from design phase to construction completion
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project alignment
- Review and approve architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Conduct site inspections to monitor construction quality and compliance
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Mentor junior architects and design team members
- Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural supervision
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulatory requirements
- Proven project management and team leadership skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Certification in architectural design or project management preferred
