Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the after-sales service team to ensure high-quality customer service and operational efficiency.
- Analyze operational data and spare part inventory reports to forecast demand, reduce stockouts, and support strategic decision-making.
- Implement strategies to improve service performance metrics, including response times and resolution rates.
- Coordinate closely with the logistics and procurement teams to ensure the timely availability of spare parts.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews for service staff to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed performance reports for senior management.
- Address and resolve complex customer complaints while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in after-sales management, customer service, or retail operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Deep understanding of spare parts management and technical service processes is highly preferred.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
