Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations, sales performance, and profitability of multiple store locations within the designated area.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop store managers and team members to foster a culture of excellence and high performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, brand standards, food safety, and operational procedures across all stores.
- Conduct regular store visits, operational audits, and performance reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze sales data, P&L statements, and market trends to drive revenue growth and cost optimization strategies.
- Act as the primary liaison between store management and regional leadership, communicating goals, updates, and strategic initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with the local community and ensure every store delivers an exceptional customer journey.
- Lead store openings, promotions, and marketing initiatives to increase brand presence and market share in the region.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a multi-unit management role, preferably within the retail, F&B, or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, managing P&L, and leading diverse teams to achieve results.
- Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area (Urdaneta City, Pangasinan and surrounding locations).
- Must be highly organized, results-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
